Please note that custom-built frame houses and personalized items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective. For such cases, please refer to our Damage and Defect Claims Policy below.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at contact@tablewaregoods.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
- Approval: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with further instructions, including a return shipping label if applicable.
- Ship Back: Package the item securely and ship it back to us within 14 days of receiving approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered incorrectly or is damaged/defective.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
If you opt for an exchange, we will send out the replacement item as soon as possible after receiving the returned product.
